PROJECT PROFILE

This football stadium can also accommodate center- or end-court basketball, collegiate and professional soccer, center- or end-stage concerts and convention exhibition space. Amenities include seating for 63,000 fans, 140 suites, 72 permanent concession stands, 12 meeting rooms, a 58,000 sf exhibit hall and 170 restrooms with more than 1,200 toilet fixtures. Seating is expandable to 70,000. The stadium features a retractable roof and an operable window. A2SO4 was a consulting architect to HKS Inc. of Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities included elevations and detailing for the three levels of public stadium concourses, detailing the concession stand fronts, documenting the visiting team locker room area, and documenting and specifying accessories for all restrooms.  A2SO4 performed full-time construction administration services including coordinating construction observation, bidding assistance, shop drawing review and contract modification support services.
